Viral Talent teamed up with Marketing and PR team at Spinmaster for the launch of their exciting new toy, Hatchimals!
This was an influencer driven campaign, with Spinmaster choosing to work with ViralsTalent’s Toys AndMe (3m Subscribers) and the two young sisters from Ireland – Cupcake Surprise Toys.
The key objective was to get our audiences excited by sharing a countdown teaser to the big Hatchimals reveal day around the world of October 7th. During this period we shared teasers on YouTube and social channels to build curiosity and intrigue about the toy offering fans a sneak-peak of an unhatched Hatchimals Egg and invited to discover more on October 7th 2016.
Phase one was a short video to be uploaded by Toys AndMe in order to tease the images and key messages prior to the hatching of the Hatchimals! Please see below for Tianas teaser videos.
Phase two involved both Toys andMe and Cupcake Surprise Toys to care and nurture their eggs, leading into their launch video of their hatching experiences and key messages about their own personal Hatchimal! The launch video was about a very special toy getting ready to hatch on October 7th and for our influencers to exclusively show it off to the world!
Phase three was the launch event in which Tiana from Toys AndMe was invited to the Entertainer to attend the exclusive launch event at the Entertainer toy shop at Westfields Shopping centre, Shepheard’s Bush. Toys AndMe also vlogged this experience and added two other videos which generated over 9m views to promote this fantastic toy.
